I realize the DPW is doing all it can, but can the private companies we hire to plow and sand actually do a thorough job? This city is an absolute disgrace. Less talk about people being patient. This city needs to learn from the cities and towns who get snow removal taken care of. There has been absolutely no plowing or sanding of secondary roads at all today.
