Not sure who owns the other carriages.

We will have the DPW collect the carts in from on the Sagarmore Mini Park. We have also issued letters to all shopping stores that have carts requesting their assistance by placing devices in the carts that will not allow them to leave the parking lot area.

It appears 2 of 4 were picked up, either by store (Job Lots) or City which means 22 remain however there are 3 now including a mini carriage, not sure what store offers tiny carriages. At any rate 3 unidentifiable carriages remain on corner Park property.

Is there a city ordinance that applies to these shopping carts? If not there should be an ordinance requiring vendors to have locks and/or mechanisms that disable the carts so they cannot be brought outside the vendor's property.
Having these across the city really is poor marketing and gives Revere the wrong image that isn't in line with attracting urban professionals.

All carriages are gone.
