I've reported this twice already and its been closed twice by your city responder over the last few weeks. Illegal dumping on the park dept field across from 146 springside ave. They piled it up with a big piece of equipment but its still sitting there.

Illegal dumping in the park depts field across from 146 springside ave driveway weeks ago still not cleaned up. Since then alot more illegal dumping has been done on the side of the road on the way to common ground high school.

Illegal dumping of brush and household items in the parks dept field right across from 138/140 & 146 Springside Ave,
New Haven ct. It must have happened in the last few days. The tire tracks look new.

Because of the speed humps on springside ave and because car drives real fast at least twice the speed limit normally. They slam on their brakes to slow down before they hit the speed hump which tears up the road badly. There are huge potholes as you can see in the attached pictures that need to be fixed asap before some gets hurt. Very deep and very long potholes.
