This was still a problem (at least intermittently) a couple of days ago. Also, can you make it so that pedestrian light is by request and not automatic? Cars often sit here waiting for invisible pedestrians.

Still a problem, it’s becoming a safety hazard as cars are running the red light to get through the intersection.

I think it would help a lot if the city painted the lines for where cars should stop. Some other intersections have signs with arrows saying "Stop here" at the painted line.

Agreed. The red stays constant going north and south on Livingston at Willow. Rather remarkable that the city has is not fixed this yet

This same light has had similar issues now for at least the past three years. It sort of gets fixed but then fails again. Please completely repair this light this time. It is highly dangerous due to its proximity to an elementary school and people flying up Willow Street from the highway and just the sheer number of pedestrians and bikers in the area. While true that there are times when no pedestrians are about, all the more reason that the walk crossing should be triggerable by having a working walk request button. We have been asking TT&P to deal with this intersection for years!

Oh no! Not again. It was flashing red for more than a week, and now this again.

Hmm.. I’ve discovered if you roll your car pretty close to the light, like closer than where you would normally stop, it triggers the light to change. Particularly on Livingston coming from the south headed north.. just food for thought for my neighbors in the meantime.
