Parking enforcement personnel investigated this issue and issued citations to all vehicles found in violation.I spoke with a person sitting in a car on the sidewalk, he said he was about to move but usually doesn't park there, I definitely don't believe him but asked him to move and told him I would be back to check again.We are closing this issue, but if the problem persists please generate a new request with verified information and details. Thank you for your help in this matter.
